WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection had high moisture level on basement wall and crack. We performed exterior work by digging down to foundation cleaning & performed a urethane crack injection with carbon fiber - Fiberlock and epoxy to fix and repair crack in wall. We then sealed wall with rubber membrane and foam board then backfilled. We also installed and extended underground discharge line.
