HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area & connected into existing drainage system.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We went in and did a 12 pt check on entire basement waterproofing system Everything was looking and running fine. Some debris but no blockages. Finished basement has one pump.
