HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. We performed a Crack Repair with a urethane crack injection with Fiberlock and epoxy to fix and repair crack in wall. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection found water and moisture. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System, a Grate Sump Pump, a Sump Pump Liner and Finish Shield Vapor Barrier and wall protection.
