HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We resolved the issue by installing Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System with trench drain in stairwell area. Also provided mold and mildew treatment and removed any affected dry wall.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found a crack in wall. From exterior of home we performed exterior work by digging down and clearing foundation area, cleaned and filled cracks with a urethane crack injection to fix and repair cracks in wall, also covered with rubber tar membrane and backfilled.

Upon inspection we found a crack in the foundation wall as well as water leaking from ground water coming up. HOW DID WE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? We installed 15’ of basement waterproofing drainage system as well as a sump pump and sump pump liner to catch and carry away any water that could possibly enter the home.
