WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found 4cracks in wall where water was leaking / seeping into basement. We performed exterior work by digging down and clearing foundation and wall area, cleaned and filled cracks with crack lock; also covered with rubber tar membrane and backfilled.
