WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? HOW DID WE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found water leakage from basement stairwell area where drain could not accommodate quantity of water. We removed existing cracked concrete slab in stairwell area and old drain, and replaced with a larger drain and also a Grate Trench - Trench Drain [to protect threshold of doorway] and a new concrete slab.
