HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Removed wet damaged sheet rock. Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. Seal - Wall Area/Cracks/Seams/Misc An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection The issue in question is a crack located on the Eastern wall of the home. HOW DID WE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? Water intrusion was not present but a hydrophilic grout injection was performed anyway to prevent such intrusion in the future.
