WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found drainage system needed extended on INTERIOR of home. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System and Thermal Shield Wall insulation / Vapor Barrier.

Upon inspection we found water leaking into basement from 2 connecting walls. No existing sump pump and 6 beams we would have to work around. HOW DID YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? We installed 93’ of our Grate Drain basement waterproofing system along the 2 basement walls to prevent any water leakage as well as installed 2 sump pumps. We also installed Finish Shield basement wall protection and vapor barrier. Last but not least we installed a Battery Back Up System for the sump pumps in case of a power outage to protect the home.
