WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection work would not be feasible to be done on the exterior. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System and connected into existing sump pump. We also installed Thermal Shield basement wall insulation and moisture barrier.
