I have had multiple floods in the basement since moving in in March. This is my first home and I'm unsure of the severity of the problems.

As a part of our healthy basement standard we installed a grate drain system, grate trench, thermal shield, grate sump pump with liner an underground extension with ice cop guard also a window well drain.
