HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Steps- Stairwell work /repair/caulk /seal Wall - Remove / Replace / Insulation / Seal Hole/s An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.
