HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Sealed seams along wall to prevent water penetration. Removed wet damaged sheet rock. Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.
