WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We cut out moldy wet dry wall and hauled away for Homeowner. We installed Grate Trench Drain in stairway area and Thermal Shield Vapor Barrier on inside of basement walls. We also extended discharge line to carry water further away from home.
