HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Finish Shield Vapor Barrier for wall protection and connected into our closed system. Removed wet damaged sheet rock. Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.
