I have an older row home in Baltimore city. There’s dampness and water forming along the rear concrete wall and concrete floor after a rain. It only happens on one side of the room. At times there are small puddles of water. This only happens after a good rain. The rest of the property is in great shape but this house was built in 1913 [Over 100 yrs old]. We have a sump pump in place already .
