Why did the customer contact us?

I have an older row home in Baltimore city. There’s dampness and water forming along the rear concrete wall and concrete floor after a rain. It only happens on one side of the room. At times there are small puddles of water. This only happens after a good rain. The rest of the property is in great shape but this house was built in 1913. We have a sump pump in place already .

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed our Grate Drain basement waterproofing system along 1 basement wall to prevent any water leakage as well as installed a secondary sump pump. We also installed Thermal Shield basement wall protection and vapor barrier.
