2 sump pumps in the basement and a French drain. Carpet gets soaking wet every time it rains. Has been replaced twice in 3 years. No one can figure out where the water is coming in. Sump pump in the back of the house was replaced less than 6 months ago.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We found where water was intruding in the basement and installed 2 of Floodbusters Grate Trench Drains as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. We also cleaned and flushed existing French Drain to make sure it was working properly.
