WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We resolved the issue by installing Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System with Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid, a new Trench Drain as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area We removed wet dry wall and hauled away any & all debris. We also installed underground downspout extensions to carry water away from home.
