Homeowner’s grandparents moved in home in 1933 and he has problems with : Crack on Foundation wall , Crawlspace issues Has 1 pump there ( From Outside) Exterior drainage, wetness on wall and floor

Solutions Provided:

We installed our Grate Drain basement waterproofing system as well as installed a Grate Sump - sump pump. On outside of home we dug down to existing footer and poured a new footer.
