Why did the customer contact us?

Basement carpet is wet on one side of the wall that is against the exterior wall of the house. There is a door with a staircase that is sealed off at the top leading to outside. Roommate lives in basement has a water pump coming in the back. Ho is in NY until 8-14-22

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We resolved the issue by installing Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System with Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid, a new Trench Drain as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. We also installed Finish Shield basement wall protection and vapor barrier.
