WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found a crack in wall where water was leaking / seeping into basement as well as some other areas where there was water intrusion and an inadequate window well drain. We performed a urethane crack injection with Fiberlock and apoxy to fix and repair crack in wall. We installed a Grate Trench – Trench drain, a new window well drain and some exterior grading.
