Had a handyman take down the wall and received a estimate from someone the handyman knew. Crack in the foundation .They did not like what they heard . House is over a million and built in the 40's Finished Basement no pump. Both will be there they have a young child that goes down for a nap at 2 PM. They have lived there for 3 years.

HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Thermal Shield Vapor Barrier for wall protection and connected into our closed system. Wall - Remove / Replace / Insulation / Seal Hole We removed and hauled away debris.
