Why did the customer contact us?

Homeowner had water leaking into the basement. Upon inspection we found that water was leaking in from a crack in the basement wall, best fixed from the exterior of the home instead of the interior.

Solutions Provided:

We dug down on the exterior of the home to the footer, Filled the crack on the outside of basement wall. We then tarred and covered it with plastic and back filled it with dirt
