WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found basement water in a couple locations. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System, a Sump Pump, Sump Pump Pit, a Grate Trench - Trench Drain and a new stairwell pad.
