WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found the cracks in wall where water was leaking / seeping into basement. We performed exterior work by digging down to cracks and sealed with tar rubber membrane. Refilled and leveled. We also installed a Sump Pump inside of basement to collect any ground water that may rise underneath the floor. We then installed a discharge line to carry water out of basement and away from the home.
