WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we found one area with water intrusion. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System and connected into existing sump pump. Also installed Thermal Shield basement wall insulation and moisture barrier.
