We resolved the issue by installing Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System with Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid, installed a Trench Drain as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their basement stairwell area.
