Why did the customer contact us?

Homeowner has a finished basement and has water leaking into basement. Coming up on floor and has a sump pump but it is on the opposite side of the basement

Solutions Provided:

Upon inspection we found that the Homeowners wall was wet in a 12’ area as well as where the leaking water was coming in. HOW DID YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? We removed and hauled away any and all dry wall that was wet to prevent any mold or mildew. We then installed 12’ of Grate Drain basement drainage system and connected it to the existing sump pump drain. We also installed Thermal Shield basement wall insulation and moisture barrier.
