During the torrential rains (7+ inches) on April 30, several areas in the walls of my crawlspace became wet. Apparently, there is evidence that moisture has existed there in the past, but I didn\'t notice it until it happened to the extent it did that day.

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We went in and installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System, a Sump Pump, Sump Pump Pit. We also removed broken slab of concrete and replaced it. And installed Crawl Shield Vapor Barrier
