WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection we would have to remove wet dry wall. HOW DID WE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? We removed and disposed of the wet dry wall and installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System, a Sump Pump, Sump Pump Pit and a Grate Trench - Trench Drain.
