OPEN AREA OF FLOOR WHERE THERE WAS NO CONCRETE AND WATER COMING IN AND RISING FROM GROUND LEVEL HOW DID YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? WE INSTALLED A BASEMENT DRAINTILE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. WE REPOURED CONCRETE AND CLOSED OPEN AREA OF BASEMENT FLOOR. WE ALSO INSTALLED GRATE TRENCH [TRENCH DRAIN] IN STAIRWELL AREA AND A NEW DISCHARGE LINE
