HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We performed a Crack Repair with a urethane crack injection with Fiberlock and epoxy to fix and repair crack in wall. Removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home.
