WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Dig soil away from foundation down to the bottom of the wall on outside of home. We removed old and cracked mortar and stucko. We filled any holes that were found & Parged wall after cleaning and sealed with Tar Rubber Membrane. We also installed underground drainage pipe to carry any water away from home.
