Why did the customer contact us?

We have found several leaks in our basement when in rains. We already took up the flooring and found mold. We are looking to fix the leaks so we can refinish the basement.

HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. Thermal Shield Vapor Barrier for wall and connected into our closed system. A discharge line with Bubbler pot to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away any debris.
