Why did the customer contact us?

There was a leak in the corner of the basement about 2 feet from the sump pump

Solutions Provided:

Upon examination we found that footing needed to be replaced as well as underpinning on existing wall. HOW DID YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? We installed new footer. We re-poured new wall in front of existing wall. We replaced the old drainage system and replaced it with new drainage system. We also removed the existing sump pump and installed the sump pump a little farther away from the wall
