WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We went in and performed a crawlspace clean up and installed Floodbusters Healthy Crawlspace Crawlshield Vapor Barrier with a Grate sump –sump pump to remove & carry away any water that may rise from ground level. We also performed outside work. Dug soil away from foundation down to the bottom of the wall on outside of home. We removed old and cracked mortar and stucko. Parged wall after cleaning and sealed with Tar Rubber Membrane.
