We resolved the issue by installing Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Battery Back –Up in case of power failure Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. Thermal Shield Vapor Barrier for wall and connected into our closed system. Dehumidifier for excess moisture in home Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. We removed and hauled away debris.
