WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Upon inspection window well drains need replaced as well as full perimeter system. We installed a Healthy Basement Grate Drain Waterproofing System, a Grate Sump Pump and a Sump Pump Liner, a Grate Trench - Trench Drain. New window well drains and a Wise Aire 90 Dehumidifier.
