HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbuster Drain Tile Basement Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home. We removed and hauled away debris.
