HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed Floodbusters Healthy Basement Grate Drain Antimicrobial Waterproofing System Grate Fast Sump – Sump Pump and liner with Sealed Lid Grate Trench – Trench Drain by basement door as well as removed & replaced the cracked concrete pad at the bottom of their stairwell area. An underground discharge line to carry water from sump pump away from the home with an ice cop to prevent freezing. Work on Sill Plates / Vents / Walls / Rim Joists. We removed and hauled away debris.
