HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? Removed wet damaged sheet rock. Mold /Mildew treatment and cleaning. We performed a Flexi - Span with a urethane crack injection with Fiberlock and epoxy to fix and repair crack in wall. We removed and hauled away debris.
