Why did the customer contact us?

Water has come in at the walk up stairs in the past and the last time the water ONLY came in from the window well inside the office and in the closet to the left of the sump pump area, but if we didn't keep the sump pump manually activated in the main basement, the walk up stairs would have had water flooding in because it was a swimming pool for a while.

Solutions Provided:

WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED & HOW WE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE? We installed our Grate Drain basement waterproofing system along the 2 basement walls to prevent any water leakage as well as installed 1 sump pump with a high water alarm. We also installed a new window well drain.Last but not least we installed a Battery Back Up System for the sump pump in case of a power outage to protect the home.
