From start to finish my interaction with Pioneer was a very positive experience. Melissa set up my initial consultation, she was very polite and professional. Nick was the Project Manager who came out for the free estimate. He was polite, professional and was NOT pushy. I am one of those customers who does his homework ahead of conversations with contractors, and I like to ask a LOT of questions. Not only to learn from their experience and make a more informed decision, but also to gauge whether or not they have my best interests in mind. Nick was obviously well versed and wanted to understand my needs. We discussed a whole range of options. He was able to easily build the quote in front of me using a tablet. At first I said no to a few "bells and whistle options", he gave no push back whatsoever, I ended up adding some of them back in after all. The tablet was also useful as he had pictures from other recent installations to show examples of different setups. Before the install, I contacted him for a question, he responded promptly. The installation team showed up on time. They had three guys. They were quick and efficient. They were polite. They had obviously reviewed the job sheet prior to arrival and were ready to go upon arriving. They cleaned up after themselves. A few days later I received a call to ask me about my experience to which I gave feedback similar to what I've written here. That was my experience, hope this helps!
