How was the cleanup process?

The entire experience was terrific. Knowlton coming to the house and explaining the various options to address my problem. I wasn't available for the installation but the basement was all cleaned up. The technicians even made a video for me explaining how the unit worked and how to clean the filter. Best of all the unit has reduced the overall humidity so the basement is dry. Everyone did a great job!
